It was from Good Things For The Kitchen. Here is the recipe, we used turkey, sirloin and pork and I was unable to use the onions on the top because Logan hates onions. This bums me out because caramelized onions are one of the reasons life is worth living.
Logan: Loved it. Ate almost half of the loaf himself.
Madison: Ate it and I died.
Max: Was not a fan, filled up on mashed potatoes.
(There is no rhyme or reason to the picky in this family. It's infuriating.)
My meatloaf recipe is very similar to this one. It's sooooo good. I use ground chicken instead of turkey, but otherwise it's almost identical. And my son won't touch it. Hubby and daughter are vegetarian, so I only make it when meat-eaters come to visit.

I'd love the recipe; it looks like MS has changed her site and a search for meatloaf didn't turn up any recipes using caramelized onions.

Do not a lot of money to buy a car? Do not worry, just because it's available to take the loan to work out all the problems. Hence take a collateral loan to buy everything you need.
