My motto is: "Just keep swimming."
Maddie: "My friend has a motto, 'Live Fast, Die Hard'"
Me: "Wow, that's pretty intense for a nine-year-old."
Maddie: "Well, she's actually ten."

Heh. Keep your kid away from her. Can you imagine when she's eleven?

Holy crap. Do you think she is talking about riding her bike fast?

Eh, if she's ten, it's FINE. Offer her a shot of Jack Daniels in her lemonade the next time she's over.

Kids crack me up. That sounds like something an old friend of mine would have said, but at the age of nineteen.

That ten-year-old needs to chill.

Wow. Wonder what that kid will be like once she hits her teenage years.

Either that, or she just watched the latest installment of the "Die Hard" movies, which has been on HBO lately. Let's hope that's not still her motto when she takes her driver's test....
I just watched Finding Nemo yesterday! Great to file bills to.

I bet this friend has a tattoo of an eagle rising out of flames on her left bicep. She sounds tough.
