Daddy Daughter Dance 2009
Last year I was in Portland with Maggie when Logan and Maddie had their dance, a sock hop, and so, sadly, no pictures.
Considering the father I grew up with, these father daughter events have a special meaning. Even if Logan is "so embarrassing..."
I'll give Maddie that he's a really bad dancer, but what he lacks in skill he makes up for with enthusiasm.

so. wow. your daughter is beautiful and your husband is HOT. no matter where you life is right now at least you can look upon your gorgeous family and feel some peace.

In the last picture, Maddie looks like your twin.

Honestly, those dances were the most special memories with my father as a little girl. Those two are adorable together!

Wow, super adorable pictures, and Logan has really lost weight since 2006! Is that when he took up his crazy running ways?

Your husband has the look of the young Steve Martin about him.

"Hmm. Maddie seems to be getting shorter every year?"
And I was thinking that she seems like she looks happier every year. :-)

You are a very lucky girl.
Now stand in front of the mirror, and repeat, and repeat, and repeat.
Good luck with the tests

Love this year's picture. I can't believe how grown up Maddie looks - I still think of her from the old days on the board. I cannot get Nicole to dress up anymore and the last time there was a father/daughter dance, she and dh went for about 10 minutes and then came home (I was so mad at Mitch, he can be such a party pooper). Kudos to Logan for making her feel special.

Maybe Logan's just getting taller. :)
I LOVE her hair. It really suits her! She's really growing into herself, it looks like. Beautiful!

whoa whoa whoa, back up. Father Daughter dances? I have never heard of such a thing!
My dad and I took apart telephones together as bonding activities.
I must agree Maddie looks happier and happier and is absolutely adorable!
yay for father-daughter bonding.

I am loving Maddie's long hair.
Oh, and the fact that she has an adoring, fully-engaged father! (Just had to get the hair thing out of the way, first.)

Our girls just went to their first father/daughter dance this year. You would have thought they were going out with the president. It was such a BIG DEAL in our house. Your daughter and husband look adorable.
